Marketplace Manager (E-commerce)

About Us
Achaté is a fast-growing European e-commerce brand in cleaning & home innovation. We are scaling aggressively across multiple channels and are now looking to expand and professionalize our presence on key marketplaces.

Your Mission
You will be fully responsible for building, managing and scaling our marketplace channels.

Your goal:
???? Drive profitable revenue growth across platforms like ---------- , Amazon, Kaufland and other relevant marketplaces
This is not an operational role — this is a growth ownership position.

What You’ll Do
• Own and manage all marketplace accounts ( ---------- , Amazon, Kaufland, etc.)
• Develop and implement growth strategies per platform
• Optimize product listings (titles, images, SEO, conversion)
• Manage pricing, promotions and positioning
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for revenue and profitability
• Identify new marketplace opportunities (EU expansion)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain)
• Ensure stock availability and alignment with operations
• Launch and scale new products on marketplaces

Who You Are
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketplaces (Bol, Amazon, etc.)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and DTC brands
• Data-driven and commercially sharp
• Hands-on and proactive — you take ownership
• Experience with scaling products on marketplaces is a big plus
