I run a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling business and I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help with:
• Cold calling motivated sellers
• Lead generation and research
• Tracking and analyzing data to find opportunities
• Following up on leads and updating CRM

This is not just an hourly job — I pay for results. If you help close deals, you’ll earn $200–$500 per deal on top of your hourly pay.
