We are seeking a highly organized remote specialist to help gather, confirm, and maintain important operational information.
Position Details
Approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Hours and growth will be influenced by consistency, efficiency, and quality of work.
Strong performance can lead to continued opportunity and increased responsibility.
Language: Proficient spoken and written English is required. You must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with administrators and staff.
Role Overview
In this role, you will contact organizations to request, confirm, and update important planning information. The work requires professionalism, persistence, accuracy, and strong follow-through. You will often be communicating with busy staff members, so tact, patience, and good judgment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach by phone and
Record updates accurately in internal systems and tracking tools
Follow up professionally on incomplete or missing information
Maintain organized communication notes and status updates
Support internal administrative and coordination workflows with professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in administrative support, outreach, operations, customer service, or similar remote work
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence speaking on the phone with professional contacts
Ability to stay organized across multiple follow-ups and tracking tasks
Comfort using spreadsheets, forms, and standard office tools
Prior experience in healthcare-adjacent administration or records work is a plus, but not required
