Video Editor / AI Content Creator

Morgan & Mallet International is a global leader in household staff recruitment, working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families worldwide.
As part of our content expansion, we are developing a large-scale video strategy across our websites, including job descriptions, role presentations, blog content, and podcasts.

The Role
We are looking for a Junior Video Editor / AI Content Creator (Freelance, full-time) based in the Philippines to support our growing video production needs.
You will be responsible for creating and editing AI-generated videos (HeyGen) and supporting the production of various types of content across our platforms.(Training from our team provided)
This is a production-focused role with high volume, requiring consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Create AI videos using HeyGen based on our scripts
Edit and assemble videos for:
Job descriptions
Role/position presentations
Blog content
Website static pages
Edit and produce podcast video content (cuts, formatting, basic enhancements)
Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines (clean, professional, consistent)
Manage a high volume of video production on a weekly basis
Organize and manage video files and exports
