Shopify Inventory & Website Manager for Women’s Boutique (Detail-Oriented + Long-Term)

About the Role:
I own a curated women’s clothing boutique called Little Rowdy, based in a Colorado ski town. We carry elevated, feminine, boho-chic styles with a subtle mountain-west influence.
I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented Shopify assistant to help manage product uploads, inventory, and website organization. This role is critical to the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a long-term position for someone who is reliable, organized, and takes pride in accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Upload new products into Shopify (from wholesale platforms like NuOrder / JOOR)
• Set up product variants correctly (color + size)
• Input and manage inventory by size
• Write and format clean, consistent product descriptions
• Organize collections and product tags
• Maintain overall website organization and cleanliness
• Ensure accuracy across all product listings

Requirements:
• Prior experience working in Shopify (required)
• Strong attention to detail (this is VERY important)
• Organized and process-oriented
• Good written English
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
• Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have (but not required):
• Experience with product data entry or inventory systems
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows
