Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Outbound – Daily Calls)

We are looking for a reliable cold caller / appointment setter to help us book qualified appointments with business owners.

This is a high-performance outbound role. You will be calling local service businesses and realtors (contractors, remodeling, landscaping, etc.) and booking appointments for our team.

Your job is simple:
- Make outbound calls daily (200–300 dials)
- Follow a proven script
- Ask questions and qualify prospects
- Book qualified appointments on our calendar

You are NOT responsible for closing or selling.

Requirements:
- Strong spoken English
- Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Able to follow instructions and stay consistent

Compensation:
- $4/hour
- + $20 per QUALIFIED SHOW-UP (not just booked)

Schedule:
- 3–4 hours per day (initially)
- Opportunity to increase hours based on performance
