AI Video Editor

We are a fast-growing creative agency looking for a skilled AI-Augmented Video Editor for a long-term partnership. You will create high-performing 9:16 vertical content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) for various brands, combining AI-generated visuals with real-world products.

What you will do:
- AI Video Generation: Use Runway Gen-4.5, Luma, or Kling to create high-quality B-rolls and cinematic scenes from text/image prompts.
- AI Talking Heads: Create realistic or stylized talking avatars using Runway Characters or HeyGen (perfect lip-sync is a must).
- Product Integration: Seamlessly integrate specific branded products (provided as image/video refs) into AI-generated environments.
- Dynamic Editing: Edit 15–60s videos in CapCut Desktop or Premiere Pro with fast-paced cuts, trendy captions, and immersive SFX.
- Asset Management: Use Envato Elements and stock libraries to supplement AI visuals.

Requirements:
- Technical Mastery: You must know how to keep characters and branding consistent across different shots.
- Visual Taste: A strong eye for lighting, composition, and "viral" social media aesthetics.
- Problem Solver: You know when to use AI and when to use manual masking/tracking to keep the product looking 100?curate.
- Tools: Expert in Runway, CapCut, Photoshop (AI features), and ElevenLabs.
- English: Strong communication skills (written and spoken).

Work Format:
- Start: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) for a trial period.
- Future: Fast transition to Full-time for the right candidate.
