Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview

In2HR&Talent is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (Part-Time) who thrives on outbound prospecting and winning new business conversations. This is a pure hunter role—focused on cold calling, breaking into new accounts, and consistently booking qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Hunting
Execute high-volume cold calling daily to generate new opportunities
Prospect into target accounts with little to no prior relationship
Push past gatekeepers and confidently engage decision-makers
Pipeline Creation
Consistently book qualified meetings for the sales team
Own top-of-funnel activity and pipeline generation
Maintain relentless follow-up cadence to convert prospects
Performance & Metrics
Hit and exceed daily/weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, meetings set)
Track all outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
Continuously improve conversion rates through testing messaging and approach
Sales Collaboration
Partner with leadership to refine outreach strategy and targeting
Provide real-time feedback from the market to improve positioning
Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales
Fearless on the phone with strong objection-handling skills
Highly competitive and motivated by results and performance
Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy daily
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong communication skills and a no-excuses mindset
