Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst / Lead Qualification Specialist to review and analyze incoming lead sheets from class action data sources. This role involves identifying qualified potential clients, conducting outreach, and guiding them through the initial onboarding process with our firm.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze lead sheets containing potential class action participants
Identify and qualify leads that meet criteria for TCPA and related cases
Maintain accurate records of lead status and interactions
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to explain case eligibility and firm services
Assist potential clients with the sign-up and onboarding process
Collaborate with the legal and intake teams to ensure smooth client transitions
Continuously refine lead qualification strategies to improve conversion rates

Qualifications
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience in data analysis, lead generation, or client intake preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in legal, compliance, or TCPA-related work is a plus
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or lead management tools
