FRACTIONAL MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Wix CMS & Email Automation Expert | 5-10 hrs/week | Remote

THE ROLE
You'll handle the execution side of our marketing: create and manage Wix webpages and landing pages, organize customer data, set up email automation, and finalise AI-generated designs. Not copywriting. Not design creation. Pure operations & execution.
Hours: 5-10hrs/week
Type: Fractional/Part-time
Location: Remote
Pay: as per profile
SKILLS REQUIRED (MUST-HAVE)
• Wix CMS Expert — 2+ years building and managing Wix webpages, landing pages, and sites
• Email Automation — 3+ years setting up workflows in Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar
• Database/Data Organization — Design databases, manage forms, clean/segment data
• Technical Mindset — Comfortable with APIs, integrations, quick learner with new tools
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Create and manage Wix webpages and landing pages
• Manage website performance, navigation, and SEO
• Set up and maintain databases & forms in Wix
• Design and configure email automation workflows (welcome series, nurture, post-purchase)
• Organize customer data for targeted campaigns
• Review and finalize AI-generated designs for web/email
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
