Logistics Dispatcher

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Dispatcher for a fast-paced medical transportation in New York.

This role is focused on ensuring transportation orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure on-time order completion using company software

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and fully

Solve problems as they arise, adjusting schedules and routes as necessary

Communicate effectively with drivers, facility administrators, clients, and other tea ---------- mbers

Track and monitor transportation services to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs

Manage daily schedules, route optimization, and handle any logistical challenges

Requirements:
Prior experience in dispatching or logistics

Excellent problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong verbal communication

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism
