We are a video agency producing high-quality short-form content for multiple clients. Our focus is on helping brands grow through consistent, structured, video-first social media.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (Social Media Support) to help manage the execution side of our content workflow.
This is not a strategy role.
This is an execution, organization, and quality control role.
You will be working with:

- Pre-edited short-form videos
- AI-generated scripts and captions
- Content calendars and posting schedules
- Multiple client accounts (approx. 6)

Your job is to take everything we produce and make sure it is:
- Posted correctly
- Posted on time
- Fully organized
- Error-free

This role is critical to keeping our content engine running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Schedule and publish 40–50 short-form videos per month

Post across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube Shorts

Write and format captions for each platform
Create thumbnails where needed
Organize content across multiple clients
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules

Check all content before posting:
- Correct formatting
- No errors
- Platform optimization

Support with:
- Script prep (using our ChatGPT-based templates)
- Uploading and managing video assets
- Review videos and flag any issues before they go live
- Follow a clear, structured, repeatable workflow

HOW WE WORK

- Script preparation
- Posting
- Caption writing
- Scheduling
- Organization
- Quality control

Everything is systemised. Your role is to execute it consistently.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who:
- Is extremely detail-oriented (nothing gets missed)
- Takes ownership of their work
- Is highly organized and reliable
- Can manage multiple projects without things slipping
- Follows systems but can also spot problems early
- This role suits someone who enjoys structure, checklists, and keeping things running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and schedule all social media posts
- Ensure all content is accurate and on time
- Organize assets, scripts, and calendars
- Write and format captions
- Maintain consistency across multiple accounts
- Communicate clearly and flag issues early

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supporting social media accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong English communication

Experience with:
- Scheduling tools (Buffer or similar)
- Project management tools (Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Reliable and responsive


NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing captions for short-form content
- Experience working with video content
- Basic understanding of social media performance
- Experience with analytics or reporting


COMPENSATION
- $8 per hour
- Ongoing monthly work
- Flexible remote role
