Allround Shopify Expert (A–Z E-commerce Operator) – Long Term

Hi,

I’m looking for a high-level Shopify expert who understands how to run an e-commerce business from A to Z — not just build pages.

I run an e-commerce and marketing agency with multiple clients and my own webshops. I’m looking for someone who can become my right hand and help manage and improve stores on a daily basis.

This is long-term work with a lot of growth potential.

What you will do:

You will work on multiple Shopify stores and help with:

Shopify & Website
Building and editing Shopify stores
Working with themes (customization & structure)
Installing and configuring apps
Fixing bugs and technical issues
Basic coding (Liquid / CSS preferred)

Operations (VERY IMPORTANT)
Understanding order flows
Solving order issues
Working with fulfillment systems
Managing products and inventory
Understanding logistics (dropshipping / suppliers)

Customer Experience
Supporting customer service processes
Improving store usability
Reducing friction in the buying process

Optimization & Growth
CRO (conversion rate optimization)
Improving product pages
Testing improvements
Supporting marketing (ads, email, etc.)

Systems & Problem Solving
Investigating issues in Shopify or external systems
Connecting tools (apps, fulfillment, payments)
Thinking in processes and improvements

IMPORTANT

I’m not looking for someone who only follows instructions.

I need someone who:

understands how a full e-commerce business works
can think independently
can spot problems and suggest improvements
takes ownership

Requirements:
Strong experience with Shopify
Experience with running or managing stores
Understanding of e-commerce operations
Problem-solving mindset
Good English communication
Detail-oriented

Bonus (big plus):
Coding (Liquid / CSS / JS)
Experience with dropshipping or fulfillment systems
CRO knowledge
Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads
Experience with automation tools

Payment:
Hourly (based on experience)
