Community Growth Lead | Path to CMO

AI Integraterz is an AI-first company — it's literally in our name. We're launching two communities at once (Filipino and American divisions) and we need one person to own the growth of both.

This is a startup role. Things move fast. But if you're the right person, you're not just getting a job — you're stepping into a leadership seat. The goal is to grow you into our CMO within 90 days.

What this role actually is:
You'll be running our Skool community. People come in, go through our AI certification program, pass the test, and we place them with American companies looking to hire. If we don't have a placement ready, we give them the tools to go land their own clients — and we hop on to help them close.

On the American side, you'll be posting on the owner's social profiles to build authority, attract members, and move the free community into the paid group. That paid group helps cover operations and keeps everything running.
We get paid for placements. We get paid for training. You help make both happen.

You don't have to know AI. But you have to want to.

We're an AI company. That means you need to be curious about it, actively trying things, learning, experimenting — and genuinely excited to become an expert. You don't need to be one yet. You just have to want to be.
The person who gets this role is going to light up when they hear they get an unlimited AI budget to learn and build with. That's the tell.
