Sales coordinator / Customer service

We are a growing Singapore-based cleaning and aircon company looking for a reliable and fast-thinking Sales Coordinator to support our daily operations.

This is a long-term, stable role for someone who is responsible, responsive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer enquiries (WhatsApp, messages, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate jobs with our operations team
• Follow up with customers and ensure smooth service delivery
• Chase payments and update payment status
• Handle basic invoicing and admin coordination
• Support daily operations for carpet cleaning and aircon services

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong English communication (clear, polite, professional)
• Fast response time and able to handle multiple conversations
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Working 6 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm Singapore hours
• Experience in customer service/admin/sales coordination preferred
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and simple systems

This role requires speed, responsibility, and strong communication skills.
If you are slow to reply or easily overwhelmed, this role is not suitable.
Able to work in fast paced environment

Salary per month 52,500
