Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Cleaning Business (Scheduling + Customer Messages)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing residential cleaning business looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage customer communication and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook and other messaging platforms
- Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- Send reminders and follow-ups to clients
- Maintain organized communication and booking records
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsive — able to reply to messages quickly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to find solutions
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in customer service or virtual assistance
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite or similar tools

Work Style:
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
- Fast-paced environment — responsiveness is key

Compensation:
- Starting at $400–$600/month (based on experience)
