Veterinary Brand & Product Designer (Pet Supplements)

We are looking for a high-performance Operations & Systems Lead to replace a key role in our team.

This is not a “task executor” role.
This is someone who drives execution, builds systems, and creates clarity in chaos.

You will work directly with the CEO to:

build scalable operational systems
coordinate execution across marketing, product, and software
ensure speed without losing structure

If you need constant guidance, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do
Own operational coordination across multiple projects
Build and improve internal systems (Notion, workflows, AI agents, automation)
Manage vendors, suppliers, and freelancers
Drive product development execution
Coordinate UGC creators, influencers, and content pipelines
Document systems, processes, and knowledge
Turn messy ideas into structured execution plans

What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience with scaling brands or startups
Experience with Notion, automation, or AI workflows
Strong communication with vendors and remote teams
Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
Compensation
Starting: $5–$6/hour depending on skill level
Performance-based increase within 4–8 weeks
Long-term role with growth into Operations Manager / COO track
