Phone Support for US-based Dog Health Brand

We're a US-based e-commerce dog health brand looking for someone to join our phone customer support team.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in voice customer support
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce
- Available and able to work daytime EST timezone
- Kind, patient, and someone who genuinely cares about making customers and their dogs happy.
- Must speak fluent English and deeply understand American mannerisms [very important]
