Are you someone who understands how brands live and breathe online?
TREND Agency is a Melbourne-based creative studio producing considered, high-performing content across hospitality, lifestyle, and retail. We’re looking for a Philippines-based Social Media & Community Manager to join us in a part-time or casual capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
You’ll work closely with our internal social team, supporting multiple brands, each with its own distinct voice, audience, and pace.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for both planning and day-to-day execution across a range of accounts.
Build and manage monthly content calendars for internal review
Schedule and publish content across Instagram and
Handle daily community management: DMs, comments, audience engagement
Adapt tone of voice across multiple brands and industries
Maintain consistency in messaging and brand presence
Monitor performance and provide feedback to the team
Collaborate closely with our Melbourne-based social team
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of social media, particularly Instagram and
Confident using Meta Business Suite (essential)
Experience with Later or similar scheduling tools (preferred)
Excellent written English
Ability to adapt to Melbourne culture and varied brand tones
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working across multiple brands at once
The Details
Part-time / casual role (approx. 10–20 hours per week)
Immediate start (this month)
Fully remote (Philippines-based)
Some availability required during Australian business hours
Opportunity to move into a full-time role
