About Us:
We are building a fast-growing brand and launching paid social media campaigns. We already have content, strategy, and systems (Notion OS, creative direction, mood boards) in place.

Now we need someone who can help us execute fast, improve content performance, and support our ad campaigns.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Content Operator, someone who can turn raw content into high-performing short-form videos and help us test and improve ads.

This is NOT a basic VA role. You will play a key role in helping us grow from $0 to $10k/month.

Your Responsibilities:

* Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid ads)
* Improve weak videos (hooks, pacing, captions, engagement)
* Create multiple variations of each video (especially different hooks)
* Turn long-form or raw footage into short-form content
* Follow our Notion system to manage content and tasks
* Assist with launching ads in Meta Ads Manager
* Duplicate and test creatives inside campaigns
* Help us increase content output and improve performance over time

What Success Looks Like:

* 20–30 high-quality short-form videos per week
* Clear improvement in hooks, pacing, and engagement
* Faster content production and iteration
* Organized execution inside our systems

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/UGC ads)
* Deep understanding of hooks (first 1–3 seconds are critical)
* Ability to improve content — not just edit it
* Fast turnaround and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable following systems and executing consistently
* Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (or willingness to learn quickly)

Bonus (Not Required):

* Experience with direct response ads
* Understanding of metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS
* Experience working with growing brands or startups

Compensation:
$700–$1,200/month (depending on experience and skill level)
