Simple Machines Software Expert

I have a forum that uses Simple Machines software. I need an expert to do some maintenance to the site. I cannot get a backup of the site currently for some reason. Also, I want to change how some things work. Users claim they cannot post photos and I am getting emails saying that there is a database error.

So I need some help from someone who has Experience with Simple Machines forum software.
