ABOUT MINISTRY OF GROWTH
Ministry of Growth is not an agency. Not a consultancy. Not another vendor that charges a retainer, sends a monthly report, and moves on. We are an embedded growth partner. We go inside creator businesses, build the revenue engine, and operate it alongside them. Our model is simple: we only win when they win. Revenue share means our incentives are locked to your results. Always.

THE ROLE
You'll be the person who builds and maintains every client's system. When a new client comes on, you set up everything in GoHighLevel — the CRM, the automations, the pipelines, the email sequences, the booking flows. You make sure it all works. Every day, you check that nothing is broken. If something breaks, you fix it before anyone notices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build GoHighLevel sub-accounts from scratch for every new client — pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags, automations
- Configure every automation: lead capture ? nurture sequences ? booking confirmations ? show-up reminders (24hr, 2hr, 15min) ? no-show recovery ? post-call follow-up ? won/lost flows
- Take copy from our Copy Strategist and wire it into GHL email/SMS sequences with proper triggers, delays, and conditions
- Set up calendars, intake forms, contracts, and payment integrations per client
- Create Slack channels and Notion project pages for each new client
- Test every automation end-to-end before launch — every form, every trigger, every email, every booking link
- Monitor daily: automations firing, emails delivering, booking flows working, nothing broken
- Update SOPs when processes change — documentation is part of your job

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every client's funnel runs on automations. If a lead signs up and doesn't get the nurture sequence, we lose them. If show-up reminders don't fire, the prospect doesn't show up. If the booking flow is broken, we're paying for leads that go nowhere. You're the person who makes sure the machine runs. Without you, leads leak silently and nobody notices until revenue drops.

MUST-HAVES
- GoHighLevel experience — non-negotiable. You should know pipelines, automations, workflows, triggers, calendars, and forms.
- Experience with CRM automation (Zapier, Make, or similar is a plus)
- Notion proficiency — you'll manage our project workspace
- Extremely detail-oriented — one wrong trigger can break an entire funnel
- You follow SOPs precisely and flag when something doesn't match
- Strong written English — most communication is async via Slack
- Available during European business hours (or significant overlap)

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a marketing agency or with multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with Slack workflows and channel management
- Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, and email marketing

WHAT WE OFFER
- $900–$1,200/month — above market for PH, paid consistently
- Long-term role — we're building a 10+ client agency, you'll grow with us
- Clear SOPs — you'll never be guessing what to do
- Small team where your work directly impacts revenue
- Path to a senior operations role as we scale

HOW TO APPLY — FAST AND SIMPLE
1. Send your updated resume focused on your AI and automation background to ---------- more ---------- (remove spacing) with the Subject: Your Name - Years of Experience
2. Portfolio or links to real automations and AI systems you've built
3. 2–3 min Loom video — show us a system or automation you've built: walk through it, explain your logic, tell us what it does

? No Loom video = no interview. No exceptions.
