Outreach & Business Development Representative – Wellness Marketing Agency (Part-Time)

Compensation: $6 USD/hour + performance bonuses for meetings that convert to discovery calls

About Us
The Coupet Collective is a boutique U.S.-based digital marketing agency that works exclusively with wellness brands — compounding pharmacies, telehealth companies, medspas, supplement brands, and mental health platforms. We're hiring a part-time outreach rep to help us reach the right decision-makers via email and LinkedIn.

The Role
You'll be reaching out to warm, pre-qualified leads using templates and a curated leads list we provide. Your job is simple: make initial contact, generate interest, and book meetings on the CEO's calendar. We handle everything from the discovery call onward.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Send personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to warm leads
Customize provided templates to match each prospect
Qualify leads based on the criteria we provide
Follow up with non-responders (2–3 touch sequences)
Track all activity and responses in a shared tracker
Hand off interested prospects with a brief summary of their needs


Requirements:
Native-level or expert written English — non-negotiable. You're writing directly to U.S. business owners and decision-makers. Your messaging must be polished and natural.
2+ years of sales, business development, or outreach experience
Familiarity with or genuine interest in the wellness/health industry
Professional, consultative tone — not spammy
Self-motivated and organized
Reliable internet connection

Nice to have: LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience, CRM familiarity (HubSpot, GoHighLevel), prior agency or B2B outreach experience, understanding of digital marketing services.
