This part-time remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating clarity, improving communication, and building sustainable systems that support long-term legacy, leadership, and wealth stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain family governance structures, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks.
• Create and organize agendas for family meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions.
• Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure accountability across members.
• Assist in drafting and organizing key governance documents (bylaws, policies, procedures, etc.).
• Support communication across family members to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Help plan and coordinate family meetings, retreats, and strategic sessions.
• Maintain organized records of decisions, meeting notes, and historical documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new members into the family office structure and processes.
• Identify gaps in communication, structure, or execution and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure governance aligns with long-term vision and strategy.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline documentation, communication, and workflow processes.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with governance, operations, or administrative coordination (family office experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and personalities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly dependable.
• Comfortable adopting and using AI-powered tools.

Compensation:
• $5.18/hr, capped at $400/month.
• Option for pay increases tied directly to productivity, effectiveness, and impact.

This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s an opportunity to help build the structure and systems that support long-term family legacy, leadership, and wealth. If you can bring clarity, organization, and alignment to complex environments, this is your role.
