Pilates Outreach Assistant (Instagram + Lead Generation)

We are building a new global platform called Pilaa, designed specifically for the Pilates industry to discover events, retreats, trainings, and job opportunities in one place.

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us grow by reaching out to Pilates studios, instructors, and wellness businesses.

This is a simple but important role focused on research, outreach, and organisation.

Your responsibilities:
• Find Pilates studios and instructors using Instagram and Google
• Send outreach messages via Instagram DM and email
• Track all leads in a Google Sheet
• Follow up with people who haven’t responded
• Collect basic information about events or job opportunities

Daily targets:
• Research 50–100 accounts
• Send 30–50 outreach messages
• Update tracking sheet accurately

Requirements:
• Strong written English
• Comfortable using Instagram
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
