Creator Outreach

Hello, I run an apparel brand and need someone with experience in creator outreach

In the past, people have just picked random creators who don’t fit the brand at all. Which was honestly a big headache. I’m going to give you a very clear image of my ideal customer, and your job is to find creators that resemble that. Creators must also make good videos, creators who do not post often or make poor quality videos should be skipped / ignored.

What you’ll be doing:

-Finding creators that actually fit the brands image
-Sending orders out to around 15 creators per week
-Making sure they’re genuinely interested in working with us so they do not ghost us
-Advanced Tracking System (costs, performance, etc.) (VERY IMPORTANT)
-Setting up discounts/orders in Shopify so creators can get product
-Tracking if their content actually performs / brings results
-Making sure the creators content is good / product focused. Content should fit well on an ad
-Manage brand account social media

Experience Needed:

-You’ve done creator outreach before
-You can understand what looks good for our brand
-You are detail oriented and care about doing the job correctly
-You’re organized and can track costs / metrics properly
-You know your way around Shopify

Our goal is to get creators that perfectly fit our brands image and will make good videos that we can then post onto meta ads.

I’m not looking for someone who’s just going to do the bare minimum. I need someone who actually cares and understands how to do this job and pick good creators.
