JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-moving People & Culture function at a global company.

This role is ideal for someone who is great at creating structure, keeping projects moving, and handling the behind-the-scenes work that helps a team operate smoothly. You’ll support a variety of projects across internal communications, employee experience, recruiting, employee onboarding, newsletters, and learning programs.

The right person is detail-oriented, responsive, creative, a problem-solver, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once. Strong written English and excellent organization skills are essential.

What You'll Help With:
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Following up with speakers, vendors, and external contacts
- Creating and updating Notion pages
- Managing trackers, spreadsheets, and project timelines
- Drafting and formatting internal communications
- Supporting newsletter creation, formatting, and article sourcing
- Helping organize onboarding tasks and new hire trackers
- Assisting with recruiting administration and interview scheduling
- Managing workiversary reminders, Slack posts, and celebration tracking
- Supporting company update logistics, decks, and follow-up materials
- Tracking participation and communications for employee connection programs
- Communicating with vendors such for invoicing and admin support

What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Strong follow-through and ability to work independently
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Experience supporting People / HR, Operations, Recruiting, Executive Assistant, Marketing, Communications, or Administrative work is a plus
