YouTube Content VA (All-in-One: Research, Script, Edit, Upload)

We are building a YouTube channel and looking for a serious, detail-oriented VA who can manage one channel from start to finish.

You will create 1 video per week (6–8 minutes) using a clear system.

This is not passive work — you must be fast, organized, and able to follow instructions.

???? Responsibilities
Find 3–5 trending topics in your niche
Select 1 strong topic (high click potential)
Write a clear 6–8 minute script (AI allowed)
Generate voiceover (ElevenLabs)
Edit video using Filmora (fast-paced style)
Create thumbnail (Canva)
Upload video with title, description, tags
? Requirements (Strict)
Must understand YouTube basics (CTR, retention)
Must follow instructions exactly
Must work independently (no hand-holding)
Basic editing experience (Filmora or CapCut)
Good written English
Reliable daily availability
Monetization Focus (Important)

Every video must:

Include a tool/product mention
Include “link in description” CTA
Focus on topics that can generate clicks.
Editing Requirement
Scene change every 2–4 seconds
Add captions + B-roll
No long static scenes
Schedule:
1 hour/day
Monday to Friday
Pay:
$3/hour
Performance bonuses available later
