We run a six-figure YouTube media business across multiple channels. We're hiring a Thumbnail Designer to create thumbnails for our sleep documentary channels in the science and space niche.

The role:
Study and understand the tone, visual language, and psychology behind top-performing thumbnails in the niche
Design up to 50 thumbnails per week across several channels
Stay consistent, self-motivated, and eager to improve over time

Salary: $200–$350/month retainer depending on number of channels + performance-based bonuses tied to channel growth.
