JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Referral Outreach Specialist to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare organizations and generating referrals for our services.

Your primary focus will be outbound calling and outreach to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers to introduce our services and secure referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Make 40–100+ outbound calls daily to healthcare organizations
    •    Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as case managers, discharge planners, and social workers
    •    Present and explain our services clearly and professionally
    •    Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
    •    Document all calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM/KPI tracker
    •    Follow up consistently with prospects and existing partners
    •    Meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets
    •    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral coordination

Requirements:
    •    Excellent communication and phone skills
    •    Strong confidence speaking with professionals
    •    Ability to handle objections and stay persistent
    •    Organized and detail-oriented
    •    Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools
    •    Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
    •    Prior sales, call center, or healthcare experience is a plus

Performance Expectations:
    •    Daily call targets must be met
    •    Accurate documentation of outreach activity is required
    •    Consistent follow-up and relationship building
