The Role:
You will own and run our entire content and marketing operation. You are the person who takes raw photos, video clips, and ideas and turns them into a steady stream of content across 6 platforms, every single day. You will manage a full-time video editor and work closely with the owner to build the Alien Prints brand.
This is a high-output role. We aim to publish 60–80+ posts per week across TikTok, Instagram,
What you will do
Content strategy and calendar
• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar across 6 platforms (TikTok, Instagram,
• Coordinate with shop floor team to collect daily photos and video clips of finished orders and production processes
• Direct the video editor on what clips to create, what hooks to use, and how to format for each platform
• Ensure minimum 2–3 posts per day across platforms, plus daily Stories on Instagram,
Content creation
• Write all captions, hooks, and copy for every post — friendly, casual, brand-consistent tone
• Create graphics, carousels, infographics, and image posts using Canva
• Build before/after content from customer design requests and finished products
• Turn customer testimonials, reviews, and photos into branded social content
• Create educational content (print method comparisons, branding tips, industry guides)
• Develop recurring content series: Order of the Month, Transformation Tuesday, How It’s Made, Ask AP
Platform management
• Manage and post to all accounts: TikTok, Instagram (Reels + Feed + Stories),
• Respond to all comments and DMs within 4 hours during business days
• Engage with relevant accounts, hashtags, and communities in our target industries
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral content formats
Google reviews and reputation
• Manage automated review request system (text/email sent 3 days after delivery)
• Respond to all Google reviews within 24 hours — professional, grateful, brand-consistent
• Goal: reach 100+ reviews with 4.8+ star average within 90 days
Email
• Build and segment
• Design and send monthly newsletter with new products, seasonal promos, and reorder reminders
• Support automated reorder
Ad creative support
• Create ad images and copy for Meta
• A/B test different creative formats and report on performance
• Build a library of high-performing ad assets
Reporting
• Send weekly analytics report to Jeffry: engagement, reach, follower growth, top posts, review count
• Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what works
• Monthly content audit: what’s working, what’s not, what to try next
Requirements
Must have
• 3+ years managing social media accounts for a business (not personal accounts)
• Experience managing 4+ platforms simultaneously
• Strong English writing skills — natural, conversational, no corporate jargon
• Expert-level Canva skills for graphics, carousels, and infographics
• Experience with Meta Business Suite (scheduling, analytics, ad support)
• Proven ability to plan and execute a content calendar at high volume
• Portfolio showing real social media accounts you’ve managed with growth results

• Experience with
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Experience creating Meta ad creative (images and copy)
• Background in e-commerce, service businesses, or physical products
• Understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
