We are a growing company with an active sales team and are investing heavily in digital marketing to scale our lead volume in 2025.
We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated digital marketing specialist to own our entire Google presence — ads, local search, and SEO.

Monitor weekly lead volume and quality
Dispute invalid or poor-quality leads
Keep business profile, licensing, and insurance docs current on the platform
Optimize service categories and coverage areas

Manage and optimize our search campaigns (~$1,000/month ad spend to start)
Keyword research, negative keyword management, and bid adjustments
Write and test ad copy
Monitor search term reports and cut wasted spend weekly
Provide a simple monthly performance report (leads, cost per lead, conversions)
