Position: Social Media Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time (with opportunity to transition to Full-Time)
Salary Range: $400 – $1,100/month (based on experience & performance)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy, drive lead generation, and position our brand as a trusted authority in Credit Repair & Business Funding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars
- Align content with offers, education, and promotions

2. Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging, clear, and conversion-focused content
- Maintain professional and on-brand messaging
- Collaborate with Video Editor and Media Buyer

3. Lead Generation Support
- Drive traffic to landing pages and booking links
- Use strong calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Coordinate with sales team

4. Brand Positioning
- Build authority in credit repair and business funding
- Create case studies, testimonials, and educational content

5. Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to messages and comments promptly
- Direct leads accordingly

6. Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads)
- Optimize content strategies

7. Collaboration
- Work with Operations Manager, Video Editor, and GHL Specialist

8. Content Organization
- Maintain file structure and upload assets to Google Drive

9. Compliance
- Follow platform and financial advertising policies

10. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with trends and propose new ideas

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of lead generation
- Organized and proactive
