**Construction Estimator (Takeoff + Pricing – Remote)**

We are a U.S.-based commercial construction company seeking a reliable estimator to assist with quantity takeoffs and basic pricing for tenant improvement (TI) projects.

You will be responsible for preparing organized quantity takeoffs and applying provided unit pricing to build preliminary estimates.

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings
* Review architectural and reflected ceiling plans
* Quantify:

* Drywall (SF)
* Metal stud framing
* Ceiling grid and tile (ACT)
* Paint (walls)
* Doors and frames
* Apply provided unit pricing to quantities
* Build organized estimate sheets in Excel
* Follow instructions and pricing structure provided

**Requirements:**

* Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar
* Ability to read construction drawings
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience preparing estimates (preferred)
* Good communication and reliability

* Must follow structure and instructions exactly
