JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the U.S., expanding quickly and seeking a dedicated Hiring Manager/Recruitment Assistant to help us scale our team.

We currently operate in two locations — Birmingham and Huntsville, giving you double the hiring opportunity to succeed and earn bonuses.

Your primary role will be to consistently recruit, screen, and onboard cleaners each week.

This is a high-impact role — your work directly increases our company’s growth and revenue.

There is also strong growth potential for this role to expand into a full-time position as you help us scale.

Responsibilities:

Post job ads and source candidates daily
Screen and communicate with applicants
Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding
Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified cleaners
Follow up with applicants to move them through the hiring process
Complete hiring and onboarding
Support Operations Managers as needed

Main focus: HIRING, HIRING, HIRING

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST
Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST

(20 hours per week)

Compensation:
$3/hour base pay
$20 bonus per successful hire

A “successful hire” = cleaner completes 10 successful cleans

Performance Bonus:
+$10 weekly bonus for 2 onboards (target)
No bonus for 1 onboards
?$5 if 0 onboards in a week

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Organized and responsive
Able to follow systems and processes
Persistent and proactive (this role requires follow-up)
Experience in recruiting or hiring is a plus

Important:

We are looking for someone who can consistently help us onboard 1–2 quality cleaners per week.

This role is performance-driven, with clear opportunities to grow your income and responsibilities as the company scales.

We have plans to continue opening new locations, giving you more hours, bonus opportunities, and commission opportunities.
