Important: you should be working from a device that can handle the large video sizes that you have to download from our google drive in order to import into capcut. If you have poor internet connection, slow device, or other limiting factors, we respectfully ask you not to apply. We have short deadlines and need quick turnaround (12-24 hours). Hourly wage for the time you are editing, but we do not pay for the time it takes to download and upload videos as this varies based on your internet and device, so you must track your hours using our spreadsheet so we can pay you.

We are a busy real estate team and have a lot of content to create. We upload the video to google drive, organized by address, and you download the files and edit into a reel. You then upload the video to google drive and share the link with us. We go over the video together and then you make any necessary changes.

You don't have to have a background in real estate videos, but it is preferred. Capcut experience is required, and a 30 second reel should take between 30-45 minutes to produce on average. We have a training video that shows our workflow and style, as well as the necessary fonts and methods to create videos curated to our brand. We provide capcut pro and canva pro access.
