Start To Finish Wordpress Web Design

Im looking to hire a few employees to build fairly simple websites for small and local businesses.

Most of these sites are landing page style, but some will need to utilize an ecommerce Plugin such as woocommerce. I have access to a lot of plugins, but they may not be needed frequently. We use themes, but may need to customize them some to our customers needs.

We collect input from our customers, give it to our designers, who make a rough draft, and then work with the customer to finalize the project.

We also plan to incentivize our pay with bonuses for finished projects. We may also do employee competitions for extra bonuses.
