Cedarbrook Homes is a Real Estate Investment company. We are a local family-owned company and we help homeowners sell houses quickly and without hassle. We pay cash for the houses and buy houses in as-is condition. We offer a wide variety of solutions to any real estate problem. We will visit your home for a free 5 minutes walk-through, and then make a fair, market-based offer.

With our ability to directly purchase houses and make cash offers, we create a very quick and hassle-free transaction.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Founder/CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role—this is a right-hand operator who will help drive priorities, streamline operations, and ensure the CEO is focused on high-impact work.

You’ll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day flow of the business, acting as a gatekeeper, project manager, and problem solver across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage CEO’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities with precision
Coordinate meetings, calls, site visits, and travel logistics
Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups to completion
Act as a gatekeeper—filtering distractions and protecting focus time
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 9:00 - 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time

Operations & Project Coordination
Track key projects across construction, design, and operations
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and communications stay on track
Assist in vendor coordination, scheduling, and internal workflows
Create and maintain systems, SOPs, and dashboards

Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a point of contact between CEO, tea ---------- mbers, clients, and partners
Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of the CEO
Help ensure a high-touch, white-glove experience for clients

Business & Strategic Support
Assist with reporting, data tracking, and performance metrics
Support special projects, launches, and growth initiatives
Conduct research and provide recommendations when needed

Preferred Experience
3–7+ years supporting an executive, founder, or leadership team
Experience in construction, real estate, or a service-based business is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
