JOB OVERVIEW

***About the Role***
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day property operations. This role is primarily focused on communication, billing coordination, and appointment scheduling.

You will serve as a key point of contact for tenants, clients, and internal teams, ensuring all inquiries and tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

***Key Responsibilities***
1. Communication Management
-Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-Address tenant and client questions, concerns, and service requests
-Route inquiries to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers when needed

2. Billing & Administrative Support
-Assist with billing processes, including preparing and sending invoices
-Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
-Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions and communications

3. Appointment Coordination
-Schedule and confirm appointments for property viewings, maintenance, and inspections
-Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling
-Manage calendars and send reminders to all parties involved

-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Comfortable handling phone-based and email-based communication
-Basic experience with administrative tasks, billing, or scheduling is preferred
