About Us
We’re a fast-growing DTC brand in the footwear space, scaling to 30K days with performance-driven creatives. Every ad we launch is backed by data and crafted to convert. We’re looking for a static designer who not only edits but also thinks like a marketer - someone who wants to grow, push limits, and create winning ads at scale.

The Role
We’re hiring a Static Designer who can consistently deliver high-performing Meta static ads (2 formats). This is a long-term, remote role with $4 start salary which increase if hit rate is on target. Also introducing performance bonuses in 2nd month.

What You’ll Do
- Edit high-converting ads for Meta & Pinterest (2 formats)
- Apply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and transitions
- Work with AI-generated content
- Analyze performance data & iterate quickly based on KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager + other editors to push volume
- Source raw footage to bring concepts to life
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling angles

You Need
- Experience editing performance-driven Meta ads (UGC/direct response)
- Proven portfolio of short-form, direct response ads
- Strong creative eye and ability to deliver 15 ad concepts per week (150 statics)
- Understanding of marketing psychology, hooks, and consumer behavior
- Hunger to grow — willing to test, fail, and iterate fast

What You’ll Get
