We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow with the client's e-commerce business . You will leverage your technical expertise to manage B2B accounts in the retail and industrial sectors, focusing on client retention and new market expansion. You will work 40 hours/week during US business hours and get paid on a weekly basis + HMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across HORECA, retail, and industrial sectors to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention rates through proactive support and strategic account planning.
- Independently manage sales territory, track leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery, and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce b2b sales for 2+ years
- Knowledge of polymers, micron thickness, heat resistance, and ISO/HACCP food safety standards is a plus
- Proven B2B track record; self-starter capable of independent territory management and hands-on client problem-solving.
- Provide administrative assistance such as coordinating with various stakeholders and vendors
Compensation (High-Performer Structure)
- 5% Commission on recurring monthly sales
