Hi, this is Nem, Operations Manager at Founder's Right hand.
I am hiring a Virtual Assistant to support outbound outreach and funnel building for my business loan brokerage. The primary goal is to build and manage a pipeline of referral/affiliate partners who work with business owners and can refer clients in need of financing.
Core Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly Tasks)
Conduct outbound messaging and networking on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
Identify and reach out to potential referral partners such as:Business loan brokers,Tax professionals / accountants CPAs Bookkeepers , Credit repair specialists
, Fractional cfos
Any professionals who interact with business owners
Initiate conversations and
Guide prospects toward booking a call with our team. This is really the overall goal everywhere!
Assist in building and optimizing a simple sales funnel for partner acquisition
Support and manage paid ad campaigns (lead generation for affiliates)
Track conversations, leads, and booked calls
Primary Goal / KPI
Generate 10–20 qualified leads per week
Main conversion goal: Get potential partners to book a call with our company
(The sales team will handle closing and onboarding)

Strong communication and messaging skills (clear, confident, professional)
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Consistent daily outreach activity
Focus on quality conversations, not just volume
Willingness to learn the industry and improve over time
Open to feedback and coaching
Experience Requirements
Preferred: 1–2 years experience in:
Lead generation
Outreach / appointment setting
Social media prospecting
Experience in finance is a plus, but not required
I am willing to train and provide guidance as long as the person is competent and produces quality work
Tools / Platforms
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
CRM or lead tracking tools (if applicable)
Basic understanding of running or assisting with paid ads is preferred
Level of Proactiveness
Looking for someone who can:
Take initiative in outreach and conversations
Think strategically about where to find partners
Suggest improvements to messaging or targeting over time
Working Hours / Time Zone
Preferred: Morning hours aligned with U.S. East Coast time
Goal is to reach potential partners at the start of their business day
