tiktok content editor

i'm just starting to make content on tiktok as a hobby and i am looking for someone who can take my videos and edit/cut them down into 1 min recipe tutorial videos. no need to do anything else with text, music, etc. i'll do that part afterwards. i like the style ---------- for reference. i'm looking to pay around $5USD per hour of work.
