Experienced Youtube video editor (REQUIREMENTS)

Looking for an experienced YouTube video editor who knows how to edit movie-based videos in a way that avoids copyright claims while still using movie footage. If you have never done this before, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.

The videos will be around 10 minutes long, with one video per week. The script, voice over and full footage will all be provided.

I’m only looking for serious editors who have direct experience with this type of editing and understand the style I’m aiming for, if you NEVER done this before, have no experience please don't react to the application .
