Seeking Wordpress/MemberPress/BuddyPress Developer

I am in search for a developer to work with me on creating a new membership site using Wordpress, MemberPress and BuddyPress. I am a graphic designer with some web development experience, so I am looking to hand over design concepts and functionality requirements to a developer to build.

The website will have static pages such as:
Homepage
Policy Page
Contact/Help Page
Login Page
Events Page
And it will also have:
Blog index
Training Library (updated monthly)
Download/Resources page (updated monthly)

I am also looking for a some BuddyPress/MemberPress enriched pages such as:
Accountability Wall (Activity Thread)
Member Profiles
Members Directory
Dashboard with the latest training and resources, monthly downloads, accountability wall and upcoming events.

I am also looking to build in further functionality, however this might be a later addition but would certainly like to know it can be added: I want to give new members a quiz when they first join that then directs them to a recommended training to start on and offers them a 12 month blueprint depending on what stage of business they are at. I would also like to look at having different levels inside the membership and possible ways to gamify the experience to increase engagement.

Additionally, there's the potential for further ongoing work after this project.
