Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Recruitment & Finance Officer to support our administrative operations. This role involves recruiting administrative staff, managing candidate onboarding, and handling daily financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Duties
Source and recruit candidates for admin roles
Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and assess applicants
Coordinate onboarding and ensure candidates start promptly
Finance Duties
Send and process daily payments
Maintain accurate financial and payment records
Assist with basic finance administration tasks
Requirements
Fluent English speaking and communication skills
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, emails, data entry)
Previous experience in administration roles preferred
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail, especially when handling payments
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills
Efficient and proactive
Ability to handle both recruitment and finance tasks confidently
