Job Title: Online DM Setter (Remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and proactive Online DM Setter to join our growing online coaching business. Your primary role will be to start conversations, build rapport, and qualify potential leads through direct messages on social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate and manage conversations with inbound and outbound leads via Instagram DMs
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects
- Ask strategic questions to identify needs, goals, and pain points
- Qualify leads and book them into sales calls
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Maintain organized tracking of conversations and leads

Requirements:

- Strong written English and communication skills
- Confidence in talking to new people and handling objections
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
- Highly disciplined, consistent, and self-motivated
- Previous sales or DM setting experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

- $5–$6 AUD per hour
- Opportunity for performance-based incentives as you improve
