We're a growing AI avatar content agency producing short-form videos for social media. We have a team of editors and are scaling fast. We need an operations manager to keep the team
running smoothly so the founder can stay focused on strategy and content.
What you'll do:
- Daily check-ins with editors, make sure everyone has assignments and is on track
- Review completed videos for quality before they're approved
- Give feedback to editors on quality issues
- Verify content is being posted on schedule across platforms
- Update and maintain the master content spreadsheet (tracks all scripts, assets, and videos)
- Handle onboarding for new team hires
- Answer team questions and escalate blockers to the founder
You're a fit if:
- You have experience managing a small remote team
- You're detail-oriented and consistent, nothing slips
- You're comfortable with spreadsheets and async communication
- Available during EST overlap hours (flexible, but mostly EST coverage required)
- Experience with short-form video content or social media is a plus
