English-Speaking Receptionist (Remote Virtual Assistant)

We are a Canadian digital marketing agency (Pure Glow Media) looking to hire a remote receptionist/appointment setter to call warm leads and schedule med spa appointments across the U.S. and Canada.

Your job will include:

Calling new leads within 30–60 seconds

Speaking confidently and professionally in English

Booking consultations into our calendar system

Following up with no-shows or reschedules

Tracking basic call KPIs (no complex reporting needed)

Answering questions about med spa services (training provided)
