Meta Ads Media Buyer

We are a fast-growing Meta Ads agency helping US companies generate high-ticket leads using Meta Ads.

We are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Meta Ads Media Buyer who can execute fast and take ownership of ad accounts without hand-holding. This is a long-term role with growth opportunity inside the company.

Compensation:
- $500/month base
- Bonuses up based on performance & ownership

What you'll do:
- Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns + Optimize campaigns daily
- Create and test new ad creatives (SOP's included)
- Create AI image ads using Higgsfield / Nano Banana
- Handle tracking (pixels, events, basic diagnostics)
- Monitor performance and report results
- Manage multiple client ad accounts

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Experience running Meta Ads (lead ads)
- Can follow SOP's without reminders
- Proactive, solution-oriented, takes ownership
- Fast execution and attention to detail
- Available full time
- Stable internet connection
